  • The Spring Inside Me

I forget that I’m a goddess. Almost instantly.

The moment I walk into the office, it’s gone. And even after I come home, the things people said there keep echoing in my head.

It’s not that I hate the company. But the woman I see in that office bathroom mirror — she doesn’t look much like a goddess.

And I know why. It’s because I depend on this place. If they let me go, my life would be in real trouble.

Working here is fine. That’s not the problem. The problem is the dependence — and I need to get out of it as soon as I can.

Which means building other sources of income. Not just one. A source that rises up from within me, like a spring that never runs dry.

Once I have that, I think the goddess will accelerate. Even sitting in the same office, there will be a kind of ease in me — room to breathe.

I don’t want savings, exactly. I want a spring. Something that keeps flowing on its own.

  • Where This Begins

I’m 47 years old, living in Japan.

I kept gaining weight, and my body started breaking down in small ways — hip pain, frozen shoulder, lower back pain, neck and shoulder tension that turns into headaches.

Is everyone in their forties struggling like this?

If I leave it alone, there’s only decline ahead.

I’ve tried exercise and diets so many times before. None of it worked.

But this time I have to do something. If I don’t, I might decline to the point where I can’t really live anymore.

And somewhere along the way, I half-forgot the dreams I used to hold.

If I don’t move now, this might just be how it ends.

I want to take back my true form — my divinity, my goddess nature — and pour my energy, one more time, into creating my own paradise on this earth.
