I’m 47 years old, living in Japan.
I kept gaining weight, and my body started breaking down in small ways — hip pain, frozen shoulder, lower back pain, neck and shoulder tension that turns into headaches.
Is everyone in their forties struggling like this?
If I leave it alone, there’s only decline ahead.
I’ve tried exercise and diets so many times before. None of it worked.
But this time I have to do something. If I don’t, I might decline to the point where I can’t really live anymore.
And somewhere along the way, I half-forgot the dreams I used to hold.
If I don’t move now, this might just be how it ends.
I want to take back my true form — my divinity, my goddess nature — and pour my energy, one more time, into creating my own paradise on this earth.
